Striking is how we attack, create openings, and finish the fight. We teach powerful punches, kicks, elbows, and knees with proper technique, timing and control. Every strike has a purpose, and every strike counts.
Blocking is a primary defense. It obstructs, absorbs impact, and protects vital areas. We teach strong structured blocks that reduce damage and create counter attacks. Smart defense wins fights.
Parrying turns your defense into an advantage. By redirecting your opponent’s strikes, you create openings and disrupt their rhythm. We teach precise parrying techniques that build timing, sensitivity, and control.
Grappling in Kung Fu is about control without going to the ground. We teach effective standing clinch work, joint control, and positional dominance to off-balance your opponent, and setup striking.
Throwing in Kung Fu is the art of off-balancing your opponent and using leverage, timing, and body mechanics to disrupt their base, and create opportunity to throw, trip, sweep, or takedown with precision.
