Lead the Expansion of Modern Combat Martial Arts & Teach the White Lotus System
At Modern Combat Martial Arts (MCMA), we don’t just teach students—we develop educators. As the authorized teaching vehicle for the White Lotus System of Unarmed Combat, our mission is to demystify combat science through precise, systematic mechanics. To fulfill this mission on a larger scale, we are launching our official MCMA Instructor Development Program.
This is a unique opportunity for dedicated martial artists to transition into professional instruction within a structured, science-based curriculum. We are seeking our founding cohort of instructors to launch our first dedicated studio in the coming months, with a clear pathway for expansion.
What We Teach (And What You Will Teach):
As an MCMA Instructor, you will be certified to teach the physical curriculum of the White Lotus System. Your initial focus will be on building the unshakable solo foundation for students from White to Green Belt:
- White Belt: The Spatial Placement of all 22 Guarding Positions.
- Yellow Belt: The Spatial Movement of Guarding Actions and the Placement of Striking Positions.
- Orange Belt: The Full-Body Integration of Guarding Presentations, plus Striking Actions/Presentations and Blocking mechanics.
- Green Belt: Foundational Parrying mechanics and the bridge to partner application.
You are teaching a proven, complete system—the White Lotus System of Unarmed Combat. Your role is to impart its mechanical precision, ensuring students develop flawless form, spatial awareness, and the disciplined mindset that defines our training.
The Vision:
Our first studio is on track to open in 3-4 months, pending the selection and training of our core instructor team. This is not a franchise fee model; this is a career-building partnership. Successful founding instructors will be integral to our growth, with opportunities to lead in existing locations and pioneer new ones as we expand.
Are You Our Next Instructor?
We are looking for individuals who embody professionalism, have a passion for biomechanical precision, and want to build a career teaching the most systematic approach to unarmed combat available.
If you are ready to move from student to teacher, and to be part of building something meaningful, your journey starts here.
